Live Culture. Wild Spirit.
ABOUT US
Wild Brewing Co. is a craft kombucha brewery and taproom located in Red Deer's Capstone neighbourhood. We've been brewing since 2016- small batch, raw, and unpasteurized, the way kombucha was always meant to be made.
We're particular about our ingredients. Quality first, organic where we can source it, and never a shortcut in sight. The result is a kombucha that's effervescent, rich in flavour, and genuinely good for you. We think it’s the best kombucha you’ll ever taste, and we’ll let you be the judge of that.
Find us at our taproom in Capstone or at select locations across Alberta.

Kombucha is a fermented tea made from organic tea, sugar, and live cultures. The result is a naturally effervescent, tart, and refreshing beverage that's as good for your gut as it is to drink. Kombucha has been brewed traditionally for over 2,000 years and we think it's about time more people knew about it.

Honestly? It's just really good. Low calorie, low sugar, naturally fizzy and refreshing. And if you want the bonus, kombucha is rich in probiotics, live bacteria, beneficial organic acids, and healthy enzymes that may support gut health, digestion, immune function, and overall wellness. It's a win either way.

Fermentation produces trace amounts of alcohol, typically under 0.5%, so it’s considered non-alcoholic.
